Terms of Use

These terms apply whenever a person visits Todd County Criminal History, follows a resource link, or uses a search feature displayed on a page. Kentucky law and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry warning place special limits on registry misuse, which may result in criminal prosecution. 4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. The site and its advertising partners do not provide tools intended for applicant screening, rental decisions, insurance underwriting, or credit evaluation. Information from a page or linked service must not be used to:

  • Evaluate credit or determine an insurance premium
  • Accept, reject, retain, or dismiss a worker
  • Assess a rental or other housing application
  • Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit

14. Severability
